About Me

Hello!

Thank you for stopping by! I'm Patty Wunder! I am an American girl who met a New Zealand Boy online in 2006 and moved to Middle Earth to be with him. I have 3 Himilayan Persian Cats and One Staffy Cross dog (my son) ...I chose VERY long ago (like when I was 10) to not have 2-legged kids but to love and have 4-legged ones. If I had a mansion, I could possibly be a pet hoarder. :)

I love all things P!NK, pink, sparkly, glittery, and edgy :) I have always been the artsy-fartsy girl and love crafts and drawing.

Here is my Stampin' Up! Story :)
I have belonged to MANY direct sales companies and have succeeded and enjoyed them all for different reasons...but my dislike for each of them was the same...I am NOT the type that fits into a cookie-cutter type of conservative "YOU MUST DO IT LIKE THIS OR NOT AT ALL" organization of any kind!  When I joined Stampin' Up! it was to get my products at discount because there isn't any product with higher quality that I have come across yet! So I joined and then I went to an event so I could play with this thing they called "The Big Shot" to see how it worked!  I had my defenses up and was there to research and leave...and then something amazing happened that NEVER happened in ANY of the other companies I had been a part of since 1995...someone said "you can sit here if you'd like"...SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!  REALLY?! Then as we went through the info and starting doing our "Make & Takes", I found the women to be seriously funny...sassy...unique...and each was embraced and liked each other's company! WOW! I had found my place FINALLY!
Then they talked about this event in Australia called "Convention" where everyone goes once a year to celebrate the year's past success and find out about what's coming and have fun making stuff and getting inspired.  Remember, I had been to these kind of events since 1995!  So I knew what to expect...so I thought!

There is a saying in EVERY direct sales presentation when they are trying to reel ya in to join their team (like I am here...LOL) You are in business FOR yourself but never BY yourself....well...that has never REALLY been completely true in my experience.  Again...dress this way...say this...don't say that...never use that for that...blah blah blah....

Then I went to a class at Convention and they had 3 REALLY successful women share how they grew their business, how they worked it, and why they believed they are where they are. WOW!  I was gobsmacked!  Each one of them ran their business EXTREMELY different!  One ran it completely online. One ran it 2 weeks of the month...one did it the party plan way...etc. Each one of them used their strengths and their own groove to MAKE IT HAPPEN.  HUGE light bulb moment went off for me...Stampin' Up! Not only promotes uniqueness and making a difference...but actually embraces INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES.  They provide HIGH QUALITY product at an amazing price and some ROCKIN' prizes and incentives and YOU can do whatever your heart desires...you can wear what you want...you can say what you want...they only have 1 Rule...It's called the "Angel Policy"...which states if you make things using Stampin' Up! images, you need to use a Stampin' Up! logo with the registered trademark on them...THAT'S IT!  That's ALL the rules!

Needless to say, I could have flown home from Aussie on my own cloud fueled by excitement but I flew home (having to pay for excess baggage because of ALL THE FREE STUFF they gave us!) and almost immediately promoted to Senior Supervisor 2 months later...then I ended up studying for something an stepped away for several months, but my soul missed Stampin' Up!...so here I am!

You may have read that and you think...yea...that's nice for her...but I don't wanna do this as a business...NOT INTERESTED....I actually think that's great.  80% of Stampin' UP! Demonstrators join to strictly feed their addiction of papercraft!  You get at least 20% off all your orders and a chance to earn free stamp sets all the time!!!  Not everybody wants or needs extra cash or has a lot of extra time to commit to a couple nights a week away from home...but I believe everyone deserves to do something every day and every week just for themselves...I love to just pop on some music and create.  Some people join just to meet other like-minded people to share ideas and "play" with every once in awhile as well...I know being 42, I struggle finding people like myself who love to tinker with crafts and paper...but when I do...IT'S MAGIC! HA HA

If you would like more details on Joining My Team, let me know...NO OBLIGATION. We can have a cuppa, answer your questions, have a play and then it's up to you.  I need customers just as much as team members...you can't have too many friends! Here's a link to a video and my website that can answer some more of your questions.  Let me know what you think!
