Special Touch

Once you open your mind to the fact that EVERYTHING you touch can be enhanced with Stampin' Up! Products and a special personal touch, you really start seeing the possibilities and getting excited! This was a Pandora Bead... As you know they come in a cute cardboard box and then a nice gift bag...that EVERY single person receives. I thought my friend deserved a little more (because I can) so here was the end result:
And she was almost more excited by the wrapping than the gift! She said "I have to frame this somehow!"  :)

And then if you're like me, and you buy boxes of Postage Paid envelopes, they are boring and blah... Soooo why not make them more fun?! I love colored envelopes in my letterbox! They get looked at first! How 'bout you? So here's some quick stamped plain white business envelopes!

Now... Look around... What can you add an extra special touch too when you have a couple minutes of spare time!?!? It doesn't take long to make a difference!

Inspire. Create. Share. 2014 - Melbourne

Wow! Where do I begin?
What a great time at Inspire. Create. Share. 2014!
This year it was held in Melbourne Australia...
So as they say ... Over the ditch I went! :)

Day 1: I got lots of time to look around and I went to the Aquarium and it was breathtaking! We also picked up our Annual bag with goodies inside and began our swapping!

Our Bag and goodies :)

This was the convention center...a very very small part of it!

And here is my hotel bed covered in swaps!
After an hour or so, I went to a "how to be at the Managers Reception next year" class! They get treated to all sorts of lovely things and I want in on that next year!!! After that inspiration, I walked the couple blocks back to my hotel - The Great Southern Hotel while enjoying all the city sights, sounds, and smells. And went to sleep! :)

Day 2:

Officially Day 1 technically...but it was so great to get it kicked off with Shelli speaking, prizes, and product give-a-ways! The energy was electric...700+ women and men celebrating the best products and company in crafting!

Bonnie is one of my most favourite people in Stampin' Up! She is so honest and completely hilarious and quick witted! Then they pair her up with Brian on stage and it is belly laughing good times the entire time! If it was my choice, they would do all 3 days of training!! I could never get sick of them!

After General Session, we went to our big room where we all did a Make & Take project, ate lunch, and then checked out "The Gathering Place" where we got to carve our own stamp with a mini "Undefined" kit, the Blendabilities Markers, and participate in a Service Project for The Ronald McDonald House!
After that, we went into a 3 Room Whirl Wind of Mini Make And Take projects! Each took about 15 minutes...it was totally cray cray...but oh so much fun!

Kelly sitting down thinking she wasn't in the pic I bet...and then Me,  Nicole, and Renae singing "Call Me Maybe" while the professional photographer made the rounds...this also made the highlight video as well! thankfully without our voices!

I have been waiting for these Blendabilities! Besides shoveling snow, colouring is my stress reliever! And now I can do it properly with shading and light and effects and not ruin the paper when I want to get it JUST right!
You have no idea how jazzed I was to have a play!!

We also got the new annual Catalogue!!!

Then to finish off our first day, we have mini business presentations called "In A Nutshell" where top leaders shared their nutshell ideas on how to improve your business in each area. It was great!

This was a FREE Stamp set we received and one of the Make & Takes we made! I can honestly say it was my favourite one we did. :)

We also received these 2 stamp sets FREE!!  Yea Baby! And used them in our Mini Make & Takes below. So many new and cool products in this years catalogue! So many easy and inexpensive but amazing gifts you can make for people!

My Hand-carved Gemini Symbol

Mini Muslin Bag Make & Take

Kindness Journal...I personally thought the colours were ugly so I saved mine to make at home, so this is actually Renae's...she's not a rebel like me...she takes direction well :)

Me, Kelly and Renae working on our Mini Muslin Bag :)

And ANOTHER FREE STAMP SET! Polymer as well! Yippee!!

I think I'm getting days mixed up...but it all happened...but I think my brain is fried lol :)

Okay...so back to my hotel to kick back and relax :)

My Day 3... Official Day 2 :)
More. General Session training, recognition, and prize giveaways! Then to another Make & Take and Lunch and then to some specialty classes which were FANTASTIC! I remember wanting classes like this 2 years ago when I went and it was just a gently touched on thing...this year...great tips, great ideas, and fantastic inspiration. Obviously I do this as a business and I want to earn a full time income with this...not just a hobby...but classes are optional at these events...so if this isn't your thing, don't worry...there were plenty who left to eat and shop! Lol

Blendabilities are alcohol based and created the pic above and below...PLUS they can colour anything! So take notice of the sequins, pearls, and rhinestones! Cool, eh?!

We also received White Sunglasses that Say Hawaii 2015 because every year you can earn "The Grand Vacation" where Stampin' Up! Pays for you to have a top notch 7 day holiday with all the trimmings...and next year...it's Hawaii!

Then was awards Night! "Bjorn Again" was taking care of the music and entertainment...they are the World's #1 ABBA Cover Band! And they are goooooood! They helped us get a little crazy and get our silliness on!

Maria, Grace, Kelly, Renae, and Me!

Kelly, Me, and Renae...they both live in Aussie and I sure miss them after hanging out with them again for several days!
Me and Kelly :)

They Had Photo Booths...SO much fun!!!

Me Being Cheesy!!! :)

Kelly making us laugh!!!

The escalators were so long and there were 3 to travel on that allowed
plenty of room for shenanigans :)

Okay...finally...the last day of Inspire. create. Share 2014.... Soooo sleepy...brain overload and a big ol weird feeling of I need sleep but I want to go home and start making things!!

Before General Assembly...nap anyone?

Did you say FREE Blendabilities?!

OH YEA!!!!!!!! AND A FREE STAMP!
